Aqui, há diversas formas de pagamento: PayPal, cartões de crédito (Mastercard, Visa e Amex), Wester Union e T/T. Nós recomendamos em todo caso o pagamento via PayPal, pois é a forma mais simples e segura de realizar compras internacionais, uma vez  que, caso ocorra algum problema com seu pedido, você tem até 180 dias para receber seu dinheiro de volta. Além disto, há o botão Express Checkout, que lhe possibilita pagar suas compras de forma ainda mais rápida e simples, sem a necessidade de que você se registre.

Coolicool e a alfândega 

A loja declara relativamente bem as encomendas, de forma que não tivemos qualquer problema com a alfândega. No Brasil, é sabido que a Receita Federal isenta de tributos as compras relizadas no exterior que não ultrapassem $50, cinquenta dólares. Não se esqueça de somar o valor total da compra com o do frete. 

Direito de devolução 

Há um prazo de 10 dias, após recebimento do pedido para devolver produtos à loja. Para tanto, é necessário que você contate previamente o serviço de atendimento ao cliente e comunique a devolução e sua causa. Você receberá um número que deverá constar no pacote que será devolvido à loja. Neste caso, a Coolicool irá arcar com os custos da devolução e do reenvio. Entretanto, caso a devolução se dê devido ao fato de o produto não ter lhe agradao e não em virtude de algum defeito, você deverá arcar com os respectivos custos da devolução e você só será ressarcido de 80% do valor do produto. 

Os produtos possuem garantias que variam entre 10 a 180 dias, dependendo de cada artigo.

Be warned you are not safe buying from their European Warehouse if anything goes wrong.
Read their small print before buying.
Their Warranty is a farce on a smart phone, screen & motherboard are not covered!
You have to send it to China & as most phones have non removable lithium battery.
It will cost up to €75 euros to return it.

I had a horrible experience and feel conned out of money. you will probably get the phone you buy and maybe even on time but pray to heaven that nothing happens to it because if it will then brace for high blood pressure, anger, frustration etc etc. as i found out when the phone i bought went dead after a couple of months. they have only one email address and they ask you to send them emails but its just crap. you will get a delayed reply from them.and it will be completely irrelevant to what you will be asking them to do.
my phone stopped working and it was in supposed warranty. i sent to them and they only offer to give me $5 voucher for a £148 phone.the wanted money to repair the phone which was in warranty. its been 6 months and i have sent them the phone paying for postage myself and i did not receive anything back. they even stole the phone i sent them.
hand on heart, its a genuine review as i suffered sooo much from their hands.

I purchased a phone from Coolicool back in Nov 2017 (order number 20171123226061)

Received the phone a month later (typically shipping). From the first time I turned it on, the phone didn't work properly.

When I purchased phone, Coolicool had a returned policy stating you could receive a refund if issue reporting in 15-days.

I reported the issue 14 days after I received phone. Coolicool said they couldn't provide a refund - they could only repair it.

After shipping phone back to them, their "Technical Team" could find the fault. It took them just over 6 weeks to find the fault I observed on the phone every hour.

It took them another 4- weeks to "repair" the phone and ship it back to me.

When I sent it to Coolicool, it did power on and worked for a time until the screen stopped responding to touches. The "repaired" phone is dead - it doesn't come on at all (no lights or haptic buzz with I plug in a charger).

I could have gotten a better repair by finding a 3-year child, putting this phone in one hand and a rock in the other.

How does a "Technical Team" send out a dead phone that they've "repaired"?

I've spent the last 14 weeks talking to no less than 3 "customer service" people (no service to be had here), they have all said the same thing:

"We cannot provide you with a refund, your options are 1) keep the phone (paper weight) and we will give you a $20 voucher to spend on our website OR 2) send the phone back (AGAIN) and we will send you a used phone"

You can tell when someone wants to avoid facts. I've asked all people involved the same question:

"If YOU bought something new (for $300) that was broken, would accept a $20 gift voucher (and keep the broken item) OR accept a used item instead?"

No one from Coolicool has answered this question yet. This is a far cry from a company that claims it has "stellar customer service"

After admitting that I should have received a refund when I requested it more than 8 months ago and making the mistake of fixing (breaking) the phone I purchased, Coolicool still refuses to refund my money (after 9 months) - #Onlinetheives

If you thinking of purchasing anything from Coolicool, you would be better served if you went to the ATM, withdrew the cash, set the money on fire and toasted a piece of bread - at least you'll have a piece of toast.

Avoid this company at all cost.

Никогда не покупайте в этом магазине! Китайские кидалы! Купил смартфон за 109 у.е. 21-го мая мне его отправили. В итоге получил нерабочий смартфон. В коробке лежала записка на китайском языке о том, что в смартфоне не работает GSM модуль. Нормально так, не правда-ли? Пишу им гневное письмо. В ответ просят извинения, типа мы ошиблись и высылайте нам смартфон - мы пришлём новый. На дворе уже конец июля и ни смартфона и ни денег у меня нет. На письма не отвечают, а другого способа связи с ними и нет. Т.е. слились китайцы.

Vom Versand aus China bei coolicool kann ich nur abraten. Trotz Zollversicherung weigert sich das Unternehmen die entstandenen Gebühren zu erstatten. Auf der Kapitalbereitstellungsprovision von ca. 10% des Kaufpreises bleibt ihr sowieso sitzen. Über den Service aus Europa oder Deutschland kann ich nichts sagen. Die Ware war in Ordnung.

One star is too much for the experience i had with them. coolicool is a fraud. stay clear of them. they will never honour their warranty. reply with broken english to any emails you sent them after weeks. imagine sending a two paragraph email to explain the issue to them and they reply complete non-sense afte two weeks with words like "no you pay, warranty no for phone". then you send another email and wait two weeks to get another reply "hi dear, we no send phone, no back money" for the sake of your sanity and peace of mind, dont buy from them.
i bought an elephone s7 from them, went dead after a few months. posted it back using own money about £15 and now they are asking £40 for repair even though its no fault of my own the phone just went dead. also i have to pay again for return postage, another £15 and the best thing is there is no time frame so even if you pay them money they can sit on your phone for months without any pogress and in the end retunr it to you without even repairing it. imagine the stress and frustration you have to go through.

Warning !! They are thieves !! I bought a Leeco mobile on Cool I Cool. I was not satisfied with the device. I made my return request within the legal period of 14 days (posted in their Terms and Conditions). The device is in a perfect state, I have all the accessories ... Yet they refuse this return and refund! I'm 10 emails since 1 month but thankfully I had paid via Paypal, I opened a dispute and I think Paypal will be able to intervene in my favor very quickly.
(I advise you to always pay by Paypal for this kind of purchase!).

Attention !! Enseigne de voleurs. J'ai acheté un mobile Leeco sur Cool I Cool. Je n'étais pas satisfaite de l'appareil. J'ai fait ma demande de retour dans le délai légal des 14 jours (affiché dans leurs CGV). L'appareil est comme neuf, j'ai tous les accessoires... Pourtant ils refusent ce retour et son remboursement !!! J'en suis à 10 mails depuis 1 mois mais heureusement j'avais réglé via Paypal, j'ai ouvert un litige et je pense que Paypal va pouvoir intervenir en ma faveur très vite.
(Je vous conseille de toujours régler par Paypal pour ce genre de gros achat !!).

Ich kann nur JEDEN davon abraten! 3 Tage nach Bestellung war Handy, Doogee S60, da, das ging schnell und kam aus einem Container der in Deutschland steht. Sofort Displaymängel festgestellt und am gleichen Tag reklamiert! Gekauft mit 15 Tage Rückgaberecht bei nicht gefallen, 10 Tage Geld zurück Garantie! Als Antwort kam zuerst ein Gutscheinangebot von 5€, dann sollte ich die Ware, weil ich damit nicht einverstanden war, nach China schicken und falls es defekt ist gibt es 70% zurück! Es sollte weder durch den Zoll gehen noch per Schiff! Luftpost kam nach 2 Wochen zurück mit UN-Nummer, bedeutet das es Gefahrgut ist! Gefahrgut nach China geht immer durch den Zoll und kostet Minimum 140€. Paypal Käuferschutz nützt da gar nichts weil man sein Geld erst zurück erhält wenn der Verkäufer den Empfang quittiert! In meinen Augen sind diese Händler einfach nur Betrüger die bewusst ihre B-Ware verschicken weil sie wissen das dann nichts mehr kommt und sie sind für viel Geld ihren Müll los!

Kann nur abraten von den Shop. Beim auswickeln der sehr schnellen Handylieferung (da aus einem Container in Deutschland verschickt) Mängel festgestellt und auch sofort per Mail gemeldet. Erst sollte es ein 5€ Gutschein richten, dann soll es zurück nach China und es gibt höchstens 70% zurück! Handy mit integrierten Akku kosten nach China 140€, da es als Gefahrgut deklariert werden muss! Und es soll keinen Zoll durchlaufen, das geht bei solcher Ware gar nicht! Paypal zahlt erst zurück wenn Coolicool den Erhalt der Ware bestätigt, also bringt der Käuferschutz auch nichts! So schleudert Coolicool ihr B-Ware unters Volk weil sie wissen das niemand solche Rücksendekosten zahlt!

Letzte Woche ein Umi Smartphone bestellt, mit Lieferung aus DE ohne Zoll. War etwas skeptisch, da die allgemeinen Bewertungen nicht gut waren und ich letztes Jahr bei Gearbest auch eines bestellt habe (mit Warenhaus EU), das aber dann letztendlich nach 1,5 Monaten aus China gekommen ist und ich den Zoll noch extra bezahlen musste. Diesmal bei Coolicool total cool und alles bestens. Abgesendet 2 Tage nach Bestellung aus DE, angekommen 5 Tage ab Bestellung wie angegeben und versprochen. Gerät perfekt und alles in Ordnung. Schreibe normal keine Rezensionen, aber diesmal musste ich das mitteilen.

Si tu compra viene de china, cuenta que habrá aranceles aduaneros, a veces dicen viene de Europa, pero te lo envían de donde ellos quieren, tu ya les pagaste....así que puede que también tengas que pagar más antes de tenerlo en tus manos, y si tienes alguna avería y solicitas la garantía.....hasta se ríen de ti descaradamente.....A MI NO ME PILLAN MAS.

bought a waterproof - ip68 - phone. after a few months i lighty washed the screen under the tap and water came through. coolicool support says that warranty does not cover water damage and that the phone should not come into contact with water even though they are advertising the phone as waterproof - there are pictures and reviews of the phone being used under water on their website.

pésima atención un teléfono con 9 meses que deja de funcionar y la única solución que me dan es que le envie a china y pague yo los gastos de envio. ¿Qué pasa con la Garantia? además es un terminal que no se le puede quitar la batería ¿como lo mando?
